My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was calm and convenient for my travel needs, the rooms had some issues like being able to hear noise from neighboring rooms and bugs in the bed. However, the service was quick to respond to my concerns, and the hotel was close to downtown West Palm Beach. The dining experience was not the cleanest, and the lack of breakfast was disappointing.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Despite the generously sized studio rooms, unfortunately, there were visible signs that housekeeping had been neglected, leaving the rooms quite dirty. The service, though in need of renovation, was provided by nice and polite staff. On the downside, the dining experience was not the cleanest, and the lack of breakfast options was disappointing.
